   GQL self-scrape-clean filter contains a stainless filter with self-scrape-clean filter net, a pneumatic diaphragm pump or electric gear pump. These components are installed all on a trolley and can be moved to any place of product line for continuous operation.

  Inside the stainless steel tube, a specially designed metal filter net and a self-scrape -clean mechanism are installed. The unfiltered material flows from inside to outside of the filter net. And the residue is left inside the filter net and it will be cleaned automatically by self-scrape-clean mechanism. The residue will be concentrated at the bottom of filter tube and it will be released regularly according to requirement. The residue release can be manual or automatic. The automatic residue release will controlled automatically by computer, and the time costs only less than one second.
